HDQTRS is the office suite for a small organisation: a company, a school, a practice, a club. Sign in once, choose how it looks once, and every tool follows — one account covers all of it.
Each is a full app, not a widget. They share an account, a look and a top bar, so moving between them feels like moving between rooms, not buildings.
Threads, search, drafts, signatures and attachments, with shared inboxes your team can view or send from by permission. Mail runs on HDQTRS’s own mail server with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place, so what you send arrives.
Open MailChat
Direct messages, groups, pins, image and video uploads, presence and notifications. An assistant room can look things up across HDQTRS — an overdue invoice, a booking, the thread you half remember.
Open ChatCalendar
Month, week and day views, shared calendars, and public booking links that create a booking and send the confirmation by email — no account needed on their side.
Open CalendarStorage
Folders, previews and zip downloads, per organisation. Share a file with a link that expires when you say so.
Open StorageInvoices
Clients, line items and status from draft to paid. Export a PDF, send it by email, and give the customer a public page they can open without signing in. An activity log keeps the history.
Open InvoicesShifts
A week of shifts per organisation, each with a role, a time and a person — or left open for staff to request. Requests land with the manager to approve or decline, and everyone sees the same rota.
Open ShiftsDashboard
Unread mail, overdue invoices, upcoming bookings and the team, in one place. Organisation admin lives here too: members, invites, inboxes and permissions.
Open DashboardOne account, one session, one setting for how everything looks. Pick dark or light and an accent here and the whole page changes; in HDQTRS the choice is kept on the account, so Mail, Chat, Calendar, Storage and Invoices all follow it.
The mark follows too: it is tinted from the accent, not redrawn.

The short version of what is behind the sign-in page.
HDQTRS runs on a server we operate, not a stack of other people’s services. The apps, the mail server that delivers your mail and the file storage are all ours. The one piece we don’t run ourselves is the database, which is managed and backed up for us. Few moving parts, and we know where each one is.
Every version is proposed, reviewed and personally approved before it reaches a public address. The build that was tested is the build that ships, byte for byte. If an app comes up wrong after a release it is noticed by us first, not by you.
One design system, one top bar, one account model shared by every app. Fewer dependencies than you would expect and no feature that exists to fill a comparison table.
I built HDQTRS because running a small organisation meant six subscriptions, six logins and six settings pages that never quite matched. I wanted one account and one look across all of it, on a server I understand. I run it myself, and nothing goes live until I have personally approved it. If something is off, email — it reaches a person.
